Zhenyue Joins Baiyun’s First Industrial Chain Party Organization as Chain-Master Enterprise
Zhenyue (GDRZ) has been invited to participate in Baiyun District’s first industrial-chain Party organization and the launch of Jianggao Town’s “Chain Leader” initiative. As one of 10 designated chain-master enterprises, Zhenyue was honored at the launch ceremony and industrial-chain Party committee inauguration held at Baiyun Electric. The event marks the official start of Jianggao’s industry-chain coordination model, which will support high-quality growth for intelligent mobile shelving and commercial office furniture manufacturers in the region.
Party Building + Industrial Chain: A New Model for the Region
On November 24, Jianggao Town in Baiyun District became the first in the district to establish an industrial-chain Party organization and to roll out the “Chain Leader” (链长制) system. At the launch, Jianggao presented plaques to 10 chain-master enterprises, unveiled two industrial-chain Party committees, and recognized 8 enterprises as committee members. The “Party building + industrial chain” model aims to build a new system of industry and chain development under Party guidance—supporting the healthy growth of firms along the chain and promoting higher-quality, integrated development. This approach is a first for Baiyun District.
Zhenyue as a Chain-Master Enterprise
The event brought together 10 chain-master enterprises—including Guangzhou Zhenyue Steel Office Equipment Co., Ltd. (Zhenyue), Oppein Home Group, Guangzhou Baiyun Electric Equipment Co., Ltd., and Guangzhou Jiangfeng Industrial Co., Ltd.—along with 18 other key enterprises in the chain. District and town leaders, as well as officials from relevant departments, attended the meeting.
As a leading manufacturer of steel office furniture and smart storage equipment in Baiyun, Zhenyue plays an important role in the industrial-chain Party organization. The “Chain Leader” model is expected to drive Zhenyue’s high-quality development and to energize all enterprises along the chain. The principle of “turn to the chain leader when in need” is designed to help the whole chain thrive and to inject new momentum into Jianggao’s economy.
Building, Strengthening, and Complementing the Chain
Jianggao Town has drawn up a Chain Leader Work Plan focused on industrial upgrade, innovation, and efficiency. The plan follows a path of “nurturing leading firms, complementing the chain, building platforms, securing factors, and strengthening clusters.” Jianggao is a traditional industrial stronghold in Baiyun, with the largest scale of industrial output in the district and a dense ecosystem of upstream and downstream enterprises. Going forward, the town will leverage its planning, space, and supporting advantages to build, strengthen, and complement key chains—enhancing the competitiveness of chain-master enterprises, attracting more firms to cluster along the chain, and contributing to Baiyun’s goal of high-quality, dynamic urban development.
